The boys

It was nice seeing all the biys on my side of the family enjoying time together.

Rocker

He will eventually love this rocker, but it is a tad big right now. If only he would grow in length, instead of just weight.

Daddy's boy?

Eddie has been home for about 2 whole weeks now since he dislocated his knee. It's nice having him home for me and Lukas, but now my little bundle of joy seems to be quite the Daddy's boy. I'm glad they are getting to spend so much time together, since Eddie is usually working alot, but I do feel a little jealous I have to admit. I'm sure once I am with Lukas 24/7 again when he goes back to work, I will miss the free time I have been having. I better get over the jealousy now so I can enjoy the next 8 or so days of 'freedom' :)

Got our first professional pics taken. He did so well! Smiled every time he was supposed too. Such a good boy!

Wishing for warm weather

We were pretending that it was much warmer than 6 degrees outside.

Talker

He loves to chat. Here are a few shots of him. I think he's talking about how much he likes to sit up on his own.

Little hands

I love watching his little hands grab things. I have learned that if those hands are heading to Mommy's face or hair, they aren't gentle. I guess he'll learn to be gentle later :)

Cats

Sometimes we get surrounded :)

Happy boy

After fighting the flu for about 2 weeks, Lukas is finally feeling better. He is now starting to use his hands alot to try and grab things and bring them to his mouth. He isn't always too successful getting them to his mouth, but he's getting closer and closer. He has also been watching our plates of food with a hungry look in his eyes. Yesterday I decided that the doctor and books that say wait till 4 months to give babies cereal must be wrong (at least for him). He tried cereal twice yesterday and was very excited by it! I'm thinking that being a big 14+ lbs that he needs something more than liquid. We will see how it goes.
