He loves his bumbo seat, now with his new tray he can watch his "TV" with ease!

New jumper

He might be about 6 inches too short for it, but he is excited about his new jumper. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Surowiec for all the great gifts!

Bumbo

He sat so well in his seat. He's holding his head up really well on his own at 9 weeks. He saw the doctor for his 8 week checkup on Friday. He now ways 12lbs 10 oz and is a whole 1/2 inch longer at 22in! Growing fast :) He is bigger than 75% of babies his age and shorter than 75%, what a combo!

monkey

Monkey is a little too big right now. Forces him to have mad monkey face...

He loves his zebra. He talks to him every time we change his diaper. Thanks cousin Hannah for such a great toy!

Sleep farting

We realized that Lukas was keeping himself awake with his overactive limbs, so we started wrapping him. He fights the wrap a bit, but then falls asleep in minutes. I was so happy for a couple minutes. I laid my head down to get some much needed rest...then he farted a big loud and lengthy fart, waking himself. I had to go through the calming process with him until he was asleep again. My head didn't even start to go down before the second loud waking fart. Three times in an hour he woke himself with his butt. Maybe the wrap makes him relax TOO much?! Should I wrap his butt tighter?! I just can't win.

Napnanny

Just bought the Napnanny hoping it would help him sleep. It is supposed to help baby sleep slightly upright to help with reflux, colic, spitting up, etc.I don't think Lukas is using it corectly. Well, at least he's sleeping!

Halloween with mommy and cousin Hannah. Lukas didn't want to dress up this year in his accountant vest and pants...next year we will definitely have fun with a costume.Hannah, you looked GREAT!

rolling over

He is getting good at rolling over. I think the round belly helps :)

silent treatment

He was talking up a storm to his best friend Zebra. I turned on the camera, and the silence began. No stopping the legs though. I think he will be a motorcycle rider,he is trying to start one with his right leg.

Test Driving

I love looking at my cousin's blog, so I thought I would give this a try. Want to make it easier for all our friends and family to see Lukas as he grows...which is faster than I had imagined!
